david thinks that we can invalidate smaller areas (see bug 173277)
Summary: outer table frame invalidates to much → outer table frame invalidates too much
but now the outer table frame does not invalidate at all?!?

David, can I close this bug as invalid or shouldn't we invalidate if the margins change the captions goes away etc.
I am not sure that this still applies giving the reflow branch landing and all changes
