Steps to reproduce:
1. Load http://email.scrippscol.edu/servlet/webacc or the testcase.
2. Type any username and password.
3. Press Enter in the password field.  (Do not submit the form by clicking the
button.)

Result:

* A dialog appears asking if you want Firebird to remember the password (good)

* A new tab opens (wtf?)          <-- this is what the bug is about

* Error: uncaught exception: [Exception... "Component returned failure code:
0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE) [nsIDOMWindowInternal.focus]"  nsresult:
"0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE)"  location: "JS frame ::
chrome://global/content/widgets/tabbrowser.xml :: <TOP_LEVEL> :: line 479" 
data: no]

At http://email.scrippscol.edu/servlet/webacc, this bug makes it look like
logging in failed unless you realize you have multiple tabs open.

This bug does not happen in Seamonkey.

Happens in: phoenix 0.5, firebird 08/11, 08/12, 09/14. NOT a regression starting
after 08/11, so probably not bryner's.

This affects all instances of Novell WebAccess.  Another instance is

i have another testcase (same thing pretty much):

running this in linux (deb unstable), mozilla firefox both from mozilla.org and
from debian repository.  doesnt not cause a crash in linux tho.

rv:1.7) Gecko/20040701 Firefox/0.9.0+

Change the status to WFM or is anybody still experiencing problems with the
latest builds?
