When reading an e-mail bounce message (which I'll try to attach), Mozilla
produces a pop-up error saying "the ordinal 21 could not be located in the
dynamic link library MAPI32.dll".

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on the "problem" message from within Mozilla's mail list

Actual Results:  
Dialog box saying "the ordinal 21 could not be located in the dynamic link
library MAPI32.dll" pops up with an OK button.

Expected Results:  
Message should display normally.

I see this message appearing when some thirdparty messaging program that expects
the default mapi32.dll starts up.
I think it is a missing functionality in the Mozilla MAPI interface but I have
no  idea what it should do.

I haven't run into this problem for a long time, as I've upgraded Mozilla and
shifted my usage of other programs around.  Bug 109362 does look as though it
could be the same thing, so I'm marking this as a duplicate of it.
