219754 - NewsMail checks master password everytime when it opens

Annoying and not secure:
NewsMail of Mozilla 1.5b asks for master password everytime it opens. Yet the
mail window is already open for yours to view all the emails that have been
received.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Edit Preference in Newsmail and enable master password
2. Close Mozilla, restart Mozilla or reboot PC and start Mozilla. Start NewsMail
3. NewsMail opens, then pops up a window asking for master password
4. You must enter master password everytime Newmail starts.
Actual Results:  
NewsMail functions as usual. The security problem is that it opens all the email
accounts for all to see before the pop-up master password request window.


Expected Results:  
Suggestion: leave master password to protect encrypted passwords only. Remove
annoyance of requesting master password everytime Newmail opens.

This bug was introduced with v1.5. It didn't show in former versions of Mozilla.
Happens both with POP and IMAP accounts.

Could you please check whether this problem still persists with a current
nightly build?

There was a fix for bug #247417 checked in recently, and it fixed a similar
behavior I was experiencing under Linux.

Unless I hear differently from you, I'll assume that this has been fixed by the
checkin for bug #247417 and mark this as WORKSFORME.

Since there was no reaction from either the reporter or the author of comment 
#1, I assume that this has been fixed by the checkin for bug #247417 .

Please reopen if you can reproduce the bug with a current nightly.
