Details
There are too many bugs and too little time now, so I'm going to try this as way
to stay organized.
If you think there is a networking bug that was fixed in 1.5x that is important
enough that it needs to be verified, put it in the depends list.
Try to only add bugs that are as important or more than current bugs on the list.
Give a brief reason why a bug should join the list.
bug 22299 is very old + the fix resolves a regression from an incomplete
implementation.
