The URL is a CSS example about font-family: and other font styles, provided by
W3C. Under the "Font Styles" section, several styles including font-style:
normal, font-weight: 100, font-variant:normal, font-stretch: ultra-condensed are
missing and cannot be seen nor selected at all. They are all displayed under IE
6.0 SP1.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the provided URL
2. Scroll down to the Font Styles section
Actual Results:
Several example text with font styles cannot be displayed.
Expected Results:
Text with these font styles should be displayed.
Mozilla 1.4 Release also have this bug.

Minimized testcase. I don't fully understand the interaction, but two things I
note in the testcase:
1) Removing the border-collapse CSS on the TABLE tag fixes the page, or
2) Removing the extra TBODY tag from the HTML code also fixes the page.

the core.

An empty tbody really seems to break border-collapse tables quite badly. Notice
the lack of borders in this testcase.
