XSLT snippet <xsl:text disable-output-escaping="yes">&amp;</xsl:text>nbsp; does
not works correctly; attribute disable-output-escaping="yes" is ignored.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Copy attached files "bug.xml" and "bug.xslt" into one directory
2. Open "bug.xml" in browswer.

Actual Results:  
Mozilla displayed:
-&nbsp; Item #1
-&nbsp; Item #2


Expected Results:  
Mozilla should have displayed:
- Item #1
- Item #2
