Please implement a filter action to disable mail notification. I don't want to
be notified if certain mails (a few mailinglists e.g.) arrive.

Also related to bug 206050, bug 91498.  This is the generic action; there may 
well be cases where an incoming message should not be marked as junk, marked as 
read, or moved to trash, but the user nevertheless would like to suppress 
notification for it.
