User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.5b) Gecko/20030827 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.5b) Gecko/20030827 When I open many tabbed windows from within a page, I have to press ctrl-tab twice to get back to the original window. Reproducible: Didn't try Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
Why ? because Mozilla doesn't respond to the first keypress ?
No, it seems to respond to the first keypress but it does not send the focus to the original window (tab). However, it does remove the focus from the active tab. Example: Opened http://directory.google.com/Top/Computers/Software/Internet/Clients/WWW/Browsers/Mozilla/ Holding Ctrl down, I start opening links in tabs while pressing tab to get back to the original page after I open a new tab. After the forth or fifth tab, *two* keypresses are required. After the first keypress, the focus is removed from the active browser tab. I can confirm this by typing with the keyboard. Mozilla does not "Find as I type".

Can you reproduce this with a more recent version of Mozilla?
