1)load this page above in build 1999121708
2)look at the fields "name", "password", and "repeat"
while this page loads, these fields show up as oversized with strange blinking
i-beams
3)eventually, after the whole page loads, they assume "normal" status, but if it
takes a while for the page to load, it looks very strange.
