marking mail as "not junk" should move mail back in inbox

when training the filter, it often occurs that mail that is not junk is detected
as junk. when that occurs, and the option to move that mail to the junk folder
is selected, the mail is moved there.
It would be nice if, when marking mail as not junk in the junk folder, the mail
piece would be moved back to the inbox.

well, as I see it, if the person has filters properly set up, then running the
filters should put the mail back in the proper location
