If remote image loading is turned off, there should be a way to turn image
loading on just for that message without enabling it globally.  Perhaps a
right-click menu item or a button which would allow the images to load.

The "View Image" right click option is a poor substitute.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Disable remote image loading.
2. Receive a message with remote images.


Actual Results:  
There is no command to view just the remote images in the current message.


Expected Results:  
There should be a command to load all remote images in this message and to
display them.
