220979 - No vertical scroll bars in main browser window.Ever. They're gone. Pfft.

Not sure when or where, but within 24 hours of installation, scroll bars are
gone so there's no way to judge your vertical position on long web pages.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. noticed scroll bars are gone. Closed all instances of Firebird and restarted.
Still no scroll bar
2. Rebooted system. Still no scroll bar.
3.

Actual Results:  
no change. No scroll bar

Expected Results:  
scroll bar should appear on right side of pages longer than one screen's worth
of text lines.

Scroll bars in all other apps on my system are functioning perfectly

Reporter, what theme are you using?  Some of the themes can cause this to
happen, though I don't know why.

Sounds like bug 216602.

Using Nautipolis 1.5. And yes, thats the problem. Revert back back to Mozilla
native theme, close and restart and the scroll bars are back. 
Does this mean the error is with Moz or the theme?
