If you put your mouse cursor on a link it becames a hand.
If you now scroll down the page with the mousewheel the cursor just stays a
hand, instead of changing back to an arrow.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Move your mouse cursor on a hyperlink. It becames a hand.
2. Scroll down or up with the mousewheel.
Actual Results:
The cursor doesn't changes to an arrow
Expected Results:
if the new position of the cursor is no link, then it should change back to a
normal arrow!
Summary: cursor don't changes when scrolling with a mousewheel → cursor doesn't changes when scrolling with a mousewheel
