User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.5b) Gecko/20030827 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.5b) Gecko/20030827 OK, I did a little JavaScript haxie in the URL bar. Notice anything funny now in the Mozilla.org web page? It says Mozilla is really slow... Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: Navigate to where I have posted what I saw. (It'll be deleted, I think in 1-2 weeks from the website, because it is temporary.) http://www.mwires.com/incoming/8010a36d119da3259471d2ca7c61870f/mozorg.pdf Also, I'm not to familiar with the sloganing, but I think that the virus might have written "Standalone Mail and News that Stands Above." Huh? That doesn't make sense. I don't know, but did the computer worm change that to that from "Standalone Mail and News that Stands Alone?" Both of the sound really weird. Anyway, the Camino and Thunderbird icons are switched.

sorry, just kidding. The actual bug is with the Midas rich text editor enablement. If another web page has enabled this, the rich text editing functionality is not turned off when all following web pages are loaded within the same window. I do not know if this is the intended behavior, but the result is that my sister, for example, can write jokes in the middle of the web pages that I visit. Therefore, this bug needs to be redirected to its proper component owner. Nothing is actually wrong with mozilla.org, other than the fact that the slogan for Mozilla Thunderbird is really dumb, as my sister would say.
Changing summary and moving to other component per comment #4.

Sorry, guys. Did I explain clearly enough? The Midas editor should be turned off when a web page is left. Instead, the editor stays on while someone browses other web pages. javascript:void(document.contentDocument.editsomething** = 'On'); something like that was the script that enabled the editor in the first place.
Can't reproduce here.
