User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.5) Gecko/20030916 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.5) Gecko/20030916 When I leave the mouse cursor over an image that has alt text, the text is not displayed. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open a page that has an image with thge alt text. 2. Poit to the image with the mouse 3. Actual Results: Nothing. Expected Results: A yellow tooltip box with the alt text should appear.

INVALID. "ALT" is not used for the tooltip in Mozilla. The "TITLE" attribute is what Mozilla uses.
