When scrolling down in the Cookie Sites list in Cookie manager and delete an
entry, the list jumps to the first entry.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Tools/Cookie Manager/Manage Stored Cookies.../Cookie Sites
2. Scroll down
3. Delete an entry

Actual Results:  
List redisplays and shows the list from the first entry

Expected Results:  
stay at the position where you deleted the site

the list Stored Cookies acts as i would expect this and does not scroll to first
position after deleting an entry.

Perhaps this has to do with Bug# 206939

i just happened to fix this when i was implementing the new notifications in
cookiemgr. it'll be fixed with a UI patch i'm about to attach to 221185.
