There are some boxes with horizontal scrollbars on this page, only one of them
shows this behaviour, as shown in the attached screenshot (4kb)

If you hover over it, pixel junk appears above, if you scroll with it, it
disappears.

Tested with 1.0.2, 1.3.1, 1.4.1, 1.5RC2 and Trunk.
Not seen in 1.0.2, seen in all others.

Seen on a Mainboard with integrated Grafics, nVidia nForce, Win98SE
Seen on a noname SiS6226 graficscard (8MB), Win98.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load URL
2. Hover over the scrollbars
3. It is always the same showing this pixeljunk.




I don´t know if this is related, it could be reproduced, but the page isn´t
available anymore:
In a t-mobile ad in another, older bug, I´ve seen a gif moving by a pixel or so.
I didn´t see the gif itself moving, only 3 lines inside forming edges looked weiry.

\_  was the normal display, and the \ got a small vertical line below it, when h
|   hovering, like the following:

|_  <-this vertical line was about 10% of the size here.

The lines are representing a table in the corner of a room,
shown on a small gif about the height of two or three of this lines.
The error was about one pixel, but in the gif. The ad got replaced,
can´t be seen anymore.

After submitting this bug, Mozilla crashed. No Talkback packaged with this
nightly.

still seen with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.6a) Gecko/20031030
On the URL are 7 horizontal scrollbars, and the error can be seen on the 3rd,
with screen resolution 800x600 and text zoom default (100%).
If I increase the text zoom to 150% by pressing Ctrl++ twice, the 3rd scrollbar
doesn´t show the bug anymore, but the last two are showing it now.

resolving worksforme:
Bug is old, URL is gone, and I can´t see the bug on a local testcase
