At this point, nothing happens. Using IE6 on the same Win98 machine, the
selection of documents appears and download is possible.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. http://www.emea.eu.int/index/index1.htm
2. Select Guidance Documents
3. Select ICH
4. Select Safety
5. Select Approved Guidelines
Actual Results:  
nothing

Expected Results:  
list of documents should appear, works in IE6

Same behavior in OS/2 FP 15, Mozilla 1.4, Innotek Java 1.4.2, and Win98 2nd,
Mozilla 1.4, Java 1.4.2.
No error message.
IE6, Java 1.4.2 on same W98 machine works.

content is supposed to be loaded in this DIV (no error in JS console):

And this gets created through DynAPI out-dated lib (1999):
http://www.emea.eu.int/javas/window/scrollwindow.js

Not a Java issue.
