It would be great to able to chose "open it as text/plain" when Mozilla asks
what to do with a file (open with an application or save to disk); when opening
text files with a different mime type than text/plain (like .c source files, or
.csv datasheets), mozilla doesn't allow to watch the file as text/plain and
force to open an external app (when I just want to have a quick look on a CSV
file or a C file, I don't want to save it to the disk or to run gnumeric)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Just go to any text file which is not text/plain
Actual Results:
The "Opening <...>" dialog

Expected Results:
The same dialog with a "Open it as text/plain" choice
