If you navigate to a site which requires you to scroll you find that the
vertical scrollbar does not show up.
What you find is a dark grey stripe where the scrollbar should be. You can move
your mouse up and down the stripe and the page will scroll (you cannot tell
where it will scroll to, the scrollbar stilldoes not appear.

Please update your theme to one updated after 08/20, early skinVersion 1.5 skins
are not compatible with 0.7 final.
You may need to go to the theme home page to get the current version.
