When resizing a table's width in Composer, the table does not appear resized
until either the window is resized or text is typed into the table.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a simple table (2x2 cells)
2. Click inside the table to activate sizing handles
3. Use right sizing handle to make the table width smaller
4. Table is not immediately resized on my screen!
5. Type some text inside a table cell - table is now resized!

Actual Results:
Table not resized when supposed to, then resized after another action.

Expected Results:
Table should resize immediately.
Thank you for the clear steps to reproduce. I confirm what you noticed and I
couldn't find a dup for this. XP Pro SP1, Mozilla Composer 1.5 build 20031007.
