"Email sent to" doesn't list Requestee

I just asked "bzbarsky@mit.edu" to review a patch. "bzbarsky@mit.edu" isn't
listed on the bug in the Cc or anything so when the confirm (Changes Submitted)
page was shown I got:
"Email sent to: ...." list of people
but "bzbarsky@mit.edu" wasn't listed in the "Email sent to" list.
Does this mean that "bzbarsky@mit.edu" didn't get my request ???
