If a multipart/mixed email message has a message/rfc822 type attachment,
selecting "view all headers" will show full headers for both the message and the
attachment, but the headers shown for the attachment are a mixture of the main
message and the attachment headers. For example, the Message-ID and some of the
Received lines are from the main message.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select received multipart/mixed email message with a message/rfc822 part
2. Note that the headers shown for the message are OK
2. Select menu View -- Headers -- All

Actual Results:  
The attached message was shown with Received lines, Message-ID and several other
headers from the "main" message.

Expected Results:  
The attached message should have been shown with headers only from the attachment.

Partial workaround: look at the message source with ctrl+u
