Mozilla 1.2+ has a "New Tab" button on the left of the tab bar.  A "Close Tab"
button is on the right of the tab bar, in both Mozilla 1.2+ and Firebird 0.7.
Please add the "New Tab" button to the tab bar.

I know a "New Tab" button exists in the toolbar (with the URL, back & next
buttons, etc.), but I can't figure out how to get the "New Tab" button in the
tab bar.
Is it not possible or am I just being stupid?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Open Firebird 0.7
2.  Show tab bar
3.  See that "New Tab" button is not on the tab bar.

There is no new tab button.  This was a deliberate decision by the developers.
