Another option should be added:  "Disable all cookies," which will completely
turn off cookies, including for sites already on the whitelist.

updated the doc with some more realistic stuff

also added a mockup screenshot of the changes.  Key things are dropping the
"limit to X days" pref (bug 232744) and adding the "don't ask for session
cookies" option (bug 64336).  Still thinking about wording, maybe "except for
session-only cookies"?

any thoughts before I actually turn this into a real patch?
