When the manage bookmarks page is opened and any of the "sorted by" option are
selected they do not affect the bookmarks when viewed from the file menu
bookmarks button. The sorting is retained only if unsorted is selected and then
the bookmarks ar sorted manually otherwise they appear to be sorted by added
date regardless of sort criteria used.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open the "manage bookmarks" from the file menu.
2.under "view" select any "sorted by" other than unsorted.

Actual Results:  
When you close the manage bookmarks window and select "bookmarks" from the file
menu you see that the bookmarks have not retained the sort settings except in
the manage bookmarks page.

Expected Results:  
retained the sort setting that was chosen when displaying the bookmarks drop
down menu from the file menu.

I have specified this as minor because the work around is to manually sort the
bookmarks and select the "unsorted" option. This is the only way I have found to
retain bookmark sorting.
