In Windows 2000 when there are some tabs open in the browser, the tab closes if
you middle-click it with the mouse.
In Linux it does not,instead it starts searching something (from the clipboard?).
Note:
Middle-click on a link works ok (opens a new tab).

I don´t see this on Win98, middle click does nothing to this tab.
Tested with all combinations of preferences:
Tabbed browsing: middle click opens: on/off
Advanced->mousewheel: uses system default on/off
Maybe it´s your mousedriver?

On Linux, a middle-paste on a window will try to load PRIMARY as a URL. Not
sure how this should interact with the tabbar, but the conflict has been
mentioned before...
