if I install ipv6 by doing "ipv6 install" on my WinXP machine I'm unable to go to the following site: http://www.ipng.nl/tools/traceroute.php it should be a ipv6 site. If I remove the ipv6 by doing "ipv6 uninstall" it works. I'm attaching a network log 20031019

This is a Microsoft bug and should be fixed in SP2. See bug 219088, of which this is a dupe.
