When trying to login to Yahoo! Mail I am repeatedly asked to verify my password.
Password used is definitely correct.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click on "Mail" in Yahoo portal page
2.Enter username and password
3.Click on "Continue"
Actual Results:
Yahoo asks for the password again, again, again, and again...
Expected Results:
Logged in to Yahoo mail account

Have you tried installing with a fresh profile? That might fix the problem.

WFM using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.6b) Gecko/20031216
I use Yahoo! Mail every day and I never had problems with this.
Try creating a new profile, and maybe using a newer version of Mozilla.
Check your cookie settings.
