Can you please attach the OS X crash log ? (use the "create new attachment" link in this bug)
Or a talkback incident id...
Although, wait. Are you using OSX 10.1.5?
I have discovered the same bug. The problem occurred when I updated to Mozilla 1.5. Crash occurs even with a new profile. I also tried both settings "Open the download manager" and "Don't open anything" in preferences. The operating system is Max OS X 10.1.5.
That crasher on OSX 10.1.5 is bug 213639
Dustin, please report what version of mac os you're using (see comment #3).
I believe it was 10.1.5. I'm now on 10.3.1, and it seems to work on this version, so I guess this can either be counted as a dupe or just resolved as unconfirmed..
thanks, so it's a duplicate, marking as such *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 213639 ***
