User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030624 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030624 Ampersands are converted to html code style (&) but all other special character are not (ü = ü etc.) On one side converting shouldn't be necessary at all because bookmarks.html is a Unicode file and UTF-8 encoded. On the other hand the contect type is text/html and all special characters should be converted into their corresponding html code.
