Details
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.5) Gecko/20031007
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.5) Gecko/20031007
When Mozilla (or Firebird) are moved to the secondary display of a dual monitor
setup, hovering the mouse over any item and then leaving it it still, the item
behaves as if the mouse is no longer hovering over it. This includes links,
buttons, menus, right-click menus, etc. (everything)
This ONLY happens when the secondary display has an origin that has a negative
value (for example, a secondary display that is on the left of the primary display).
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Move window to secondary display on the left or above the primary display
2. Move mouse over any item that would normally have a mouse-over and mouse-off
event
3. Watch behaviour
Actual Results:
Item acts as if the mouse has moved off the item even though the mouse is still
on the item.
Expected Results:
The item should behave as if the mouse pointer is still on it, as it is.

I have exactly the same problem if my second monitor is at the left of the main
one. Tiptools (title tag property) won't display. If the secondary monitor is
placed to the right the problem dissapears.

same here with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.6b)
Gecko/20031216 Firebird/0.7+.
when Firebird/Mozilla/Netscape is on the _second_ monitor all 'mouse over'
effects aren't working (also 'mouse over'/hover effects in FB/MZ/NS; i. e.
buttons in personal toolbar do not work).
