Documentation for 2.17.5 based on the CVS tip, with the release date set to
2003-10-31.
I can rebuild in case new checkins are made to documentation before 2.17.5, and
I could build a 2.16.4 thing if it's needed.

Note: I've used DSSSL version 1.77, which has the version field set to "1.7",
compared to the previous version, 1.76b+, which has the version field set to
"1.76b+". This is reflected in the diff.

I found out from Dave that we don't need r+ and stuff when we simply recompile
the documentation.
I'm checking in CVS the updated html, txt (etc) files now. Marking this as FIXED
(although INVALID would be suitable as well due to the first sentence from this
comment :) ).
