The left side of the screen is supposed to be a narrow column of buttons.
Instead, it takes up half the width of the window.  

Sometimes it displays correctly, but licking any of the story links resumes the
problem of the buttons taking up half of the width of the screen.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to www.jpost.com

Actual Results:  
left hand panel takes up half of screen

Expected Results:  
left hand panel should be a narrow column of buttons

this may be tied in with java, since site required me to load java plugin in
order to display.

Almost certainly incremental, the links section is a table and I get
reproducible: sometimes also.

Oh, yeah, OS -> all, Component -> Layout: Tables, and I'm going to put {inc?} in
the summary since {inc} seems to be the standard for those and I'm pretty sure
it is.
