User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.2; en-US; rv:1.5a) Gecko/20030718 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.2; en-US; rv:1.5a) Gecko/20030718 mozilla 1.6a stalls on the splash screen although windows does not report that it has stopped responding. however if a file is clicked on or specified in the command line it loads normally. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.load mozilla using the default shortcut 2.wait Actual Results: Stalled at the splash screen (waited at least 20 minutes) Expected Results: Loaded the main window and home page i am using windows .net server 2003 rc2 still so this may contribute to the problem
