Ability to edit account order in mail.accountmanager.accounts without using about:config.

Accounts in the accountmanager appear to be generally grouped as Mail, Local
Folder, News. Within Mail and News, accounts are listed in the order they were
added. Instead, it would be nice to re-order those accounts (possibly
regardless of the account type). Something as simple as a "move up" and "move
down" button would do.
