The Firebird 0.7 Tools > Options > Privacy page does not render the black background color. This was not a problem with Firebird version 0.6.1.
I am using Windows XP "high contrast black" appearance color scheme (display properties - appearance tab - color scheme).  _All_ the other 0.7 Tools - Options pages render correctly with the black background (white text).
Privacy is the only page stuck with a white background. I download a second copy of Firebird 0.7 in case the first was corrupted but have the same problem.  This is definitely a bug as the other options pages are fine and I didn't have this problem with Firebird 0.6.1.  Thanks much.... Please fix as I cannot see with bright backgrounds.  Privacy settings are important!

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set the Windows - Display Properties > appearance tab - color scheme to black high contrast and look at the privacy page in Firebird-Tools-Options
