Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.6a) Gecko/20031003 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.6a) Gecko/20031003 If Mozilla (browser or email client) is open on the non-primary monitor, the mouseover event doesn't work correctly. If you move the mouse over a link, the URL only flashes at the bottom of the screen then goes away. If you are on any site with drop-down menus based on the Mouseover event, they only display for a second or so, then disappear. The only way to properly navigate those sites is to move the mouse back and forth when you're hovering over the link. As soon as you stop, the menu (or the URL at the bottom) goes away. However, if you move the Mozilla window to the primary display, everything works fine. One of the interesting things is if you have the window partway in the primary display and hover over a link, it displays in the status bar. However, if you hover over a link in the secondary display, it doesn't work. This isn't a show-stopper by any means, but it's obnoxious, nonetheless. I'm running Moz1.5 on WinXP SP1 with 2 monitors, using Dell's on-board IBM 82845G as the primary display adapter and a Radeon 7000 as the secondary. Thanks a lot for all of the work that you guys have put into this project! I've been using it for almost 3 years now, and have enjoyed watching it evolve into a superior product. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Setup multiple monitors. 2. Move a Mozilla window into secondary monitor. 3. Move the mouse over a URL or drop-down menu. Actual Results: URL flashes at the bottom then goes away, or drop-down disappears. Expected Results: Display the URL in the status bar until mouse is no longer over the link.
