Sometimes it is desireable to enable pop-up and many average Joe do not bother/competent enough to set the preferences. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3. Expected Results: Put a button on the status bar or navigation bar is nice. It can also be "a selling point" for Mozilla.
When a popup is blocked, such a button appears in the status bar, allowing you to whitelist the site...
