When you really start using the MailViews, you'll soon notice that the window is not high enough and that it's quite cumbersome to have some "Business Views" in your private e-mail account too. The advantage of Virtual folders is being able to focus on folders (more intuitive than playing with a drop down menu) and to have the virtual folders apply only to the accounts which they really belong to.
