225138 - Firebird pref directory still called "Phoenix"

Although the name of this app has changed from "Phoenix" to "Mozilla Firebird" I
still get a directory created with the prefs in it called "Phoenix" on my WinXP
system.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download Firebird.
2. Install Firebird.
3. Observe directory creation in e.g. "C:\Documents and Settings\<your
username>\Application Data".

Actual Results:  
Firebird creates a pref directory named "Phoenix".

Expected Results:  
Should be called "Mozilla Firebird".

I did a search for this bug, but couldn't find it. However, I cannot believe
this has not been reported yet so please mark dup if it is and accept my
apologies. ;-)

if its obvious like this, please don't go ahead a file, it just takes up my time
finding the original bug :(

sorry for bugspam, long-overdue mass reassign of ancient QA contact bugs,
filter on "beltznerLovesGoats" to get rid of this mass change
