When quitting Mozilla, or Firebird, with either the close button or File->Quit,
the browser window shuts down quickly, but it is still present ing the Deskbar
and the resources used by mozilla are not released in a timely manner or
somethimes not at all. It usually take over 60 seconds for Mozilla to completely
shutdown and release resources. Sometimes I have to kill the mozilla
team(process) manually.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Mozilla
2.Quit mozilla
3.

Actual Results:  
Window will close, but Mozilla is still present in the Deskbar and resources not
released.

Expected Results:  
Mozilla window, Deskbar replicant and resouses shout all shut down within a few
seconds of user quitting Mozilla.
