Changing bless permissions should be logged in profiles_activity.

I think it's worse not being able to distinguish between membership changes and bless permission changes than not having bless permission changes at all.

This works well enough, but mixing membership and blessership changes is too much of a one-way street in the wrong direction for me... I think the right way to go is to define a blessership field ID different from the membership field ID.
