1. open cookie manager (tools|cookie manager|manage stored cookies) 2. select a cookie 3. hit delete 4. watch the list scroll to top, but note that the selection is still where you were seen on win2k 2003111209

I think i have seen it mentioned in a bug, but not as a seperate bug. .... found it: bug 216413 comment 2. Marking as depends on that bug, as i'm not sure if it is the same problem.
