** Observed with Win32 M12 release build and 12/23/99 Win32 M13 build **

1. Set the View | CHaracter Set | Multibyte | Japanese (Shift_JIS)
2. Go to the above URL.
3. Type in or paste in (copy/paste from somewhere on the same page).
4. Submit the query.
5. Observe that the results are all wrong.

Repeat the same steps 1-4 above with 4.71 and you'll see that
it returns different but correct results.

Note in the form field that we seem to be sending escaped Unicode
on this page.

Some other search engine like Yahoo Japan (http://www.yahoo.co.jp/)
does not use JS as part of search routine and so it is OK there.
But others which use JS in a similar manner to NS Japan Home Page
is likely to encounter the same problem.
We need to fix this ASAP in M13.
Frank, is JS engine the correct area for this?
