I accidentally turned off the confirmation of multiple tabbed windows closes...
i just learned you can turn it back on with 'about:config', but i would like to
see a checkbox in preferences/navigator/tabbed browsing to turn it on and off. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open multiple tabs
2.close window
3.uncheck 'warn me when closing multiple tabs'

Actual Results:  
repeat steps 1-2. it won't prompt you again, and you can't bring it back easily


Expected Results:  
a checkbox in preferences/navigator/tabbed browsing to turn it on and off easily.
