Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.5) Gecko/20031007 Firebird/0.7 Build Identifier: Firebird/0.7 clicking a link in thunderbird (or any other program that looks for the default browser) causes mozilla to try to open another process. When it happens, one cannot start another browser process using the same profile. the solution is like in windows, using DDE. why isn't it working in linux? (since like forever i think) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. start mozilla browser 2. click a link outside mozilla (from thunderbird etc.) 3. try to use the same profile as the one already in use. you can't. Expected Results: Use dde to start a new window with the same profile under the same process.
