"Spin-off" from bug 200144, gcc on Windows doesn't appear to have the 0 == NaN
bug so that the #ifdef XP_WIN could be changed to something more specific.

cc'ing folks from from bug 200144 ("Keep OS/2 from going down MSVC paths in JS")
This can be easily tested with a test style sheet that Jonas created for XSLT
since XSLT has the same hacks. Jonas, what was that bug?
Bug 53518, attachment 137614 [details] (i just updated it). Note that this tests only the
math-code in the XSLT engine. But that is copied streight from the js-engine.

Hmm.. possibly except for on bsd where i know transformiix sets some magic flags
that i'm not sure if they exist in js. However that is bsd-only and won't affect
mingw
