The larger the [table] the longer is freezes. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open the webpage 2. 3. Actual Results: App freezes while downloading the table. Expected Results: Separate the table-loading thread from the GUI or something... Athlon 1200+ 1 Gig SDRAM Matrox G400 video XFCE 4 Desktop environment I call this bug critical because one could think Mozilla(-firebird) crashed and closes the screen. This couls cause loss of data.

Excuse me, but what makes you think this is a problem with GetDataAt as opposed to some other part of the tables code?
Boris, I looked for other bugs that described long tables loading slowly. After opening them, I found that bug 148338 and this one showed the same behaviour, whereas other ones would not completely hang the UI. Other ones also included form elements. I defer to your judgment though. If you think this slowness is not the same as the slowness in bug 148338, go right ahead and reopen.
